Cozy units with a nice bed and clean bathroom. the location here is comfy and just right, making it easy to get around. the services they offer are top-notch! 👍

It was a fine stay on vacation. Magnificent position was an added bonus. The area was very nice, a great base for me.

The rooms are comfy, the bed is exceptionally comfortable.

Clean and reasonably large venue with beautiful views. Had a nice size room and a real good stay on vacation. Easy check-in, late check-out. Comfortable location in a very very nice area, close to stores, highways, main road, restaurants and shops, and Cocoa Beach.

I was suprise of the space in the villas, How clean they were, remind me of home. We had a great time. I rate them 5 stars across the board. Thanks

Decent clean place. Furnishing is good but not as luxurious as other time-shares. Building is old-style but is renovated.

The location was great, within a short walk to supermarkets, drugstores, and a quick drive to the airport and theme parks. It was also a maximum 20-minute walk to the lake. The food was delicious with a wide variety of dishes on the menu.

Only stayed here for one night before our flight back home. Was good value and the staff were efficient. A car is required to travel to the attractions but we had the kitchen facilities for a comfortable stay. Could do with some modernisation but we had no complaints for our stay.

We had impressive, decent size room, liked the location, it was magnificent close to most of the theme parks. Location: the hotel was short walk to shopping center, a short drive to-and-from the airport, and the lake. Also, Silver Spur Rodeo Arena was 2 miles away.

The rooms at Villas At Fortune Place in Kissimmee are bright and beautifully maintained, each with separate bathrooms. They also come equipped with a microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator. The staff is very responsive and the check-in process was easy. Additionally, late check-out was available for convenience.

The pool area was nice!

When we were on our way to the Villa we needed driving directions so we called and got the manager who gave us wrong directions that got us lost for 4 hours, tried to call them back no answer the whole time we were lost. Then when we got there they gave us the wrong keys to our villa. The inside of the Villas were very clean and nice the out sides were very scary...SPIDER Covered walls, the spiders were falling from the ceilings, we had go and buy spider killer at walmart becasue the spiders were crawling in the villa threw the door it was sick!!!! We had to call someone to come let us out of the Villa cuz we were stuck in it due to the spiders. They cleaned the out side then it was ok. We were not the only ones that had that experience. It was nasty we come to Florida every year and never had this problem. We understand there will be bugs but this was something I have never seen before, a building that wasnt taken care of. We left the spider killer under the sink for the next guest. The best thing of all never got one im sorry for this from the Villa. Will never stay there again will tent out instead og ever going back to that place. This trip was to go to Give Kids the World for my neice and it was a very bad experience with the villa.......thats too bad!!

Very nice. It was perfect for our family. The amenities and accesories made everything just right. Nice Job vfp! I would like to stay again.

The hotel was nice, our room was brand-new, greatly enjoyed it. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with bed & bath, arts and TV's as expected. Everything seemed amazing, fairly clean. The staff were very responsive and attentive people in a timely manner. The location was convenient, right by restaurants and grocery store, and SeaWorld and easily accessible.

The fact that it was not just a hotel room but an apartment meant that I could do laundry and cook instead of paying extremely high gas prices to travel to overpriced restaurants and laundromats. The place is clean and well maintained. The pools and other activities were wonderful. We will stay here whenever we visit the Orlando area.
